The Cortizo 4700 features frame depths of 115 mm or 120 mm in standard form, and 185 mm for three-rail configurations. It supports double or triple glazing from 26 mm to 36 mm, with a polyamide strip of up to 25 mm enhancing its thermal break capabilities. The interlock measures 47 mm, offering slim sightlines while maintaining durability. Maximum sash sizes are 2500 mm wide by 3000 mm high, with weights up to 280 kg for standard slide and 300 kg for lift-and-slide.
This system achieves excellent energy efficiency with Uw values from 1.4 W/m²K for double glazing and as low as 1.2 W/m²K with triple glazing. It is rated Class 7A for water tightness, Class C5 (slide) / C2 (lift & slide) for wind resistance, and Class 3 / 4 for air permeability, making it well-suited to the demands of UK weather.
